Technical Architect / Lead Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing the overall architecture of the data integration and automation framework, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high development standards across the engineering team. Your role will involve defining system architecture, designing canonical data models, reviewing code, collaborating with stakeholders, leading debugging and performance optimization, and guiding engineers in implementation decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Strong architectural thinking and system design capability - Hands-on coding experience in Go or Python - Deep knowledge of SQL and cloud data warehouses - Experience implementing scalable integration or data platforms - Ability to guide and mentor technical teams - Strong communication and documentation skills Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field - 8 to 14 years of relevant technical leadership experience Additional Details: This role is considered the anchor role shaping the foundation and long-term maintainability of the product.,
