Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect at Consilium Software, a leading customer engagement platform SaaS company, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical team and managing projects related to the enterprise cloud SAAS application for the Unified Communications domain. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to design and architect high-quality software solutions, writing clean and scalable code using .NET programming languages, overseeing testing, deployment, and debugging of applications, conducting technical research and development, and providing support and guidance on applications to both internal teams and clients. Additionally, you will engage in client handling to ensure clear communication and understanding of their needs and feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the technical team and manage projects related to enterprise cloud SAAS application for the Unified Communications domain. - Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect high-quality software solutions. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using .NET programming languages, specifically focusing on ASP.NET MVC and C#. - Oversee testing, deployment, revision, and debugging of applications and systems to ensure high performance and responsiveness. - Conduct technical research and development to innovate and improve software solutions. - Develop comprehensive documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) to support future maintenance and scalability. - Serve as a technical expert, providing support and guidance on applications internally and to clients. - Engage in client handling to ensure clear communication and understanding of their needs and feedback. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript with Angular, and familiarity with WCF Rest Web Services and SOAP service. - Knowledgeable about Entity Framework, with a strong understanding of OOPS principles and low-level technical design. - Skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and strong SQL server skills, including performance tuning and understanding concurrency and locks. - Experience in architecting 2 or more enterprise-grade applications. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile project management methodologies. - Awareness of application security principles and best practices.
