Technical Analyst, AVP

Key Responsibilities: - Work across the solutions lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operation within the feature team. - Define technical solutions to address business problems and ensure an optimal customer experience. - Apply Agile methods to develop and deliver solutions continually and rapidly, meeting current and future requirements. - Generate innovative ideas, confirm through experimenting and prototyping, and focus on the automation of build, test, and deployment activities. - Evaluate metrics for performance improvement and contribute to the development of standard patterns. - Collaborate with principal engineers and domain architects to understand the wider platform and its alignment with business objectives. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of experience in business and technical analysis, including requirement gathering and analysis. - Proficiency in interpreting and understanding APIs in JSON and creating API Interfaces from scratch for testing. - Experience with Microservices in software development and UML modeling for analysis and design. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies, delivering products within short cycles. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effective collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.,
