Job Description

As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base. You will serve as an advocate for customer needs by resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. Additionally, you will address technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Oracle's Electronic Support Services. As a key point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing guidance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues. - Serve as a Sr. Principal Support Engineer, offering proactive technical support, implementing business solutions, and managing risks to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Create or contribute to automated technology and instrumentation for diagnosing, documenting, and resolving/avoiding customer issues. - Be recognized by Oracle, partners, and customers as the technical support expert in Oracle product usage within complex, open systems implementation environments. - Career Level: IC5 Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, leverages tomorrow's technology to address today's challenges.
