As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong Java technology background, your role will involve leading large delivery teams and managing strategic client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end customer success, SLA adherence, and high client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include providing technical oversight and guidance on Java-based applications, leading and managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project and program delivery, and owning account-level budgeting and financial management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders - Own end-to-end customer success, ensuring SLA adherence and high client satisfaction - Provide technical oversight and guidance on Java-based applications and platforms - Lead and manage 50+ member cross-functional teams - Oversee multiple projects/programs across accounts - Own account-level budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization - Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer **Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:** - 12+ years of overall IT experience with a strong Java background - Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager / Delivery Manager / Program Manager - Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Microservices, REST APIs - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices - Experience managing large teams (50+ resources) - Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management - Experience handling multiple projects/programs simultaneously In addition to the mandatory skills, exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), experience in customer success frameworks, ITIL/PMP/SAFe/Agile certifications, and experience working with global clients would be considered as good-to-have skills.
