Technical Account Manager Data Analytics FL

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be accountable for the following:

• Onboarding customers successfully post-sale as a white-glove experience and the overall technical success of your assigned customers and driving minimal time to value with Flosum solutions.
• Advising customers on implementing and optimizing their DevSecOps processes while providing thought leadership on evolving DevSecOps and Salesforce trends
• Enhancing our customers' software delivery pipelines, increasing efficiency, and improving the overall reliability and scalability of their Salesforce implementations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to DevOps and DevSecOps principles and best practices.
• Proactively engaging users and managers from both technical and relationship perspectives.
• Consistently and creatively communicating the value of our products.
• Encouraging adoption of new features and enhancements, providing training when necessary
• Ensuring continuous value delivery to support successful customer renewals
• Managing escalations and touchpoints throughout the customer journey, including scheduling meetings and providing written recaps
• Able to perform analytics on customer usage data to determine trends and issues in customer usage patterns
• Gathering product feedback and recommendations from customers; providing a prioritized list to the development team
• Drafting client-facing documentation, including support articles, FAQs, and product release notes, and participating in regular customer webinars

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Five+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar role, preferably working with Salesforce and DevOps platforms.
• In-depth experience with

  Salesforce development

  (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce APIs).
• Expertise in

  DevOps methodologies

  , including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployments, specifically within Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC

  processes and experience guiding customers through development-to-production lifecycles.
• Proficiency in

  product analytics

  tools and techniques to assess feature usage and drive customer success.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Architect, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing DevOps practices in large-scale projects.
• Ability to communicate with client technical team members about DevOps Processes
