Key Responsibilities: Set up and support IPsec VPN tunnels for secure communication between locations. Assist in the deployment and basic management of SD-WAN solutions. Configure and maintain firewall rules and security policies under guidance. Perform routine checks on network health and help resolve common connectivity issues. Support routing and switching tasks under supervision using OSPF or static routes. Maintain basic documentation related to network configurations and changes. Coordinate with internet providers and vendors for service issues. Provide L1/L2 level support for network-related issues raised by users. Mandatory Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of IPsec VPNs. Familiarity with SD-WAN platforms (Fortinet, Cisco, or similar). Experience configuring firewalls such as FortiGate, Palo Alto, or Cisco ASA. Understanding of network basics: IP addressing, VLANs, NAT, DHCP, ACLs. Ability to use tools like ping, traceroute, or basic logs for troubleshooting.
