Tech Support - API

The role involves seeking enthusiastic and technically skilled individuals for the Product Department at Executive, Associate, or Trainee levels, based on experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in API integrations and programming. Responsibilities include assisting in designing, integrating, and testing APIs for product features, collaborating with development and product teams to resolve technical issues, supporting the implementation of new product functionalities, analyzing requirements, proposing technical solutions, and maintaining technical documentation for integrations and updates. The qualifications required are a Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech (IT), or a related technical field, strong problem-solving skills, basic to intermediate API integration knowledge, and programming/coding skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, or similar). Preferred skills include familiarity with REST/JSON APIs, basic understanding of databases and web technologies, strong communication and teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.,
