Job Description

You will be working as an offshore Technical Support Analyst for AI Gateway & GitHub Copilot tooling. Your primary focus will be on monitoring tickets and Teams channels, resolving access and configuration issues, reviewing use cases, tracking provisioning, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with the onshore lead. Responsibilities: - Monitor tickets and Teams channels - Resolve access and configuration issues - Review use cases - Track provisioning - Maintain documentation - Coordinate with onshore lead Qualifications Required: - 2+ years in support/help desk/QA roles - Basic Python and API familiarity - Strong English communication - Experience with GitHub or VS Code Preferred Qualifications: - SaaS/developer platform support experience - AI/ML awareness - Enterprise support experience As an ideal candidate, you should be responsive, detailed, process-oriented, and eager to learn. The contract details include a duration of 6-12 months, full-time hours with EST overlap, immediate start, and in-office work setting.
