As an Email HTML Developer, you will play a crucial role in email campaign development by transforming creative files into actual email creatives using HTML and FreeMarker languages. It is essential that you are an expert in HTML for email development and email automation, and that you collaborate effectively with delivery managers to ensure the accuracy of final deliverables. Responsibilities: - Develop email copies in HTML based on creatives supplied by the marketing team - Work in HTML and FreeMarker directly or utilize tools like Knak, Dreamweaver, or other similar internal tools - Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and maintain accessibility updates & rendering fixes - Support email template enhancement and maintain the email template library - Proactively identify improvement opportunities and ensure the accuracy and continuity of programs - Collaborate with teammates to optimize output and program performance continuously Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in email development in HTML and/or CSS - 3+ years of experience with various email technology tools - 3+ years of experience in marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, etc. - Proficiency in coding languages like HTML, CSS, Java, and template engines (e.g., FreeMarker) - Certification in marketing automation tools Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with design tools like Photoshop / Figma - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Familiarity with using GenAI for email marketing development and optimization Benefits: - Competitive wages and comprehensive health care coverage including medical, dental, and vision - Support for family with gender-neutral baby bonding leave and maternity leave - Generous life, accident, and disability insurance - Onsite employees can enjoy free meals, snacks, and fun onsite experiences Information collected and processed as part of your GOC jobs profile and any job applications is subject to GOC's Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy.
