As a Technical Product Owner at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for managing technical backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and evaluating their outcomes. You will closely collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure the timely achievement of impeccable technical features and functionalities for the product and platform. Your role will involve leading multiple Scrum teams, preparing functional-technical solutions that fulfill requirements and add value to the product, and providing clear direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders. You should be well-versed in web-application technologies such as React, REST, Node.js, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge or experience with Lean-Agile software development principles and practices is essential. You will be responsible for creating Epics and Stories, prioritizing them in the product backlog based on business needs, and supporting the technical design process. Additionally, you will manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories and technical acceptance criteria. As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead product release plans, mitigate impediments impacting team completion of goals, and stay updated on DevOps best practices, Continuous Integration Pipeline, Agile/Scrum best practices, and new development trends.
