Your role will involve addressing systems operations issues and driving performance initiatives. You will utilize your existing knowledge and expertise to support the team in various ways. In addition, you will be tasked with developing the team's skills through both formal and informal training sessions. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you will contribute to the continuous growth and improvement of the team members. Furthermore, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining knowledge repositories to capture lessons learned and stay updated on developments in the respective domains.
