Job Description

As a technical subject matter expert for the internal team, you will be responsible for providing expertise on system functionality, approach, and resolving systems operations issues and performance initiatives. Your role will involve leveraging your existing knowledge and expertise in various ways to support the team effectively. You will be instrumental in building team skills through formal and informal training sessions. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining knowledge repositories to document lessons learned and advancements in the respective domains.
