Tech Lead/Software Architect

You are an experienced Tech Lead/Software Architect responsible for leading projects and managing the technology team. Your role involves mentoring the development team, ensuring smooth project execution, and providing architectural guidance. It is essential to have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and hands-on coding expertise. You will be actively involved in coding, reviewing, and debugging to maintain code quality while driving technical excellence and ensuring best practices. Your key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the development team, architecting scalable and secure solutions, staying hands-on with coding, collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating engineering practices, ensuring code efficiency and security standards, taking ownership of technical decisions, and guiding the team in problem-solving and troubleshooting. To excel in this role, you should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership. Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies such as Node.js, .Net, PHP, Python, React, Angular, etc., is required. Additionally, strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices, experience with database design and management (SQL & NoSQL), expertise in microservices architecture, APIs, and system scalability, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
