Tech Lead

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Technical Team Lead with expertise in Camunda 7 to oversee the design, development, and implementation of BPM solutions

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and related technologies, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross functional teams
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality solutions

Responsibilities:

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture
• Create architecture and high level design artifacts for BPM solutions
• Guide the development team in implementing Camunda BPM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with offshore teams to facilitate communication and project execution
• Supervise the health and performance of Camunda instances, implementing necessary optimizations
• Stay updated with security patches and compliance requirements
• Prepare technical solution documents, POCs, and presentations for clients
• Engage in technical discussions regarding design and implementation approaches
• Mandatory Skills:Proficiency in Camunda 7, including BPMN process modeling and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server
• Ability to design and implement complex workflows and asynchronous tasks
• Strong debugging skills and a problem solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with messaging services like JMS, Kafka, or ActiveMQ
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of system development methodologies, including DevOps practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, specifically in BPM solutions
• Demonstrated ability to drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and technical teams
• Willingness to travel as required by job responsibilities
