Job Description

To oversee technical implementation and execution of strategic plans while recommending effective solutions
Ensure that the high level business requirements have been fragmented properly into useable functional requirements
Estimate and present costs, schedules, and business risks associated with specific situations
Investigate the end user problems and translate it into requirements leading to improvement & efficiency of business processes
Perform analysis to determine and verify business requirements and functional specifications
Participate in the opportunity management process and coordinate with Sales / Relationship team to create a pipeline by tracking prospects
Participate in developing unique IPs (methodology, tools, framework, etc) and build new services / solution to market
Provide well informed advice or recommendations towards bringing the stated and implied improvements in the overall business with a focus on sub function level
Act as an interface between technical teams and customer (IBGs)
Use design tools to create process baselines, to be recommendations, and support creation of mock screens and prototypes as and when required
Design solutions in conjunction with technical teams and make presentations/ demonstrations/ POCs to stakeholders
Ensure deliverables are being met on a timely basis
Monitor adherence to organization processes and quality policies
Create / Review test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them
Review User Manuals / Guides
Support strategic reporting
Conduct end user training of the clients as well as participate in internal training
Proliferate Domain / Product knowledge by participating in competency building activities like building POCs, Sales and marketing collaterals etc
Drive RFP responses by leveraging knowledge base
Build a highly engaged team to ensure associate retention
