Tech Lead/Sr. Tech Lead - System Engineering
Matt Hodgkinson, our Head of Safety in the UK, with regard to the need for 2 x B-ECC resources to support the UK central safety team. In summary Matt is looking for resource to support the evolution, deployment and validation of the UK Safety Management
System, with specific tasks such as:
- Developing (end to end) process (acknowledging the need for support of specific
- UK safety SME's)
- Mapping process to working instructions
- Data assurance interrogating data to confirm validity
- Forward looking industrial safety research e.g. autonomy
- Developing training material
- Creating Polarion modules
- Creating and maintaining digital spaces for comms
Specifically Matt is looking for individuals who have a good understanding of engineering and the engineering lifecycle as well as process development and mapping process to instructions and training. Competency in ARP4761 or equivalent would be of benefit. In addition, competency in aspects such as product sustainability and product environmental, as well as the definition and measurement of product environmental KPI's, would be advantageous.
