Role Overview: As a Proven Coder, you have shipped serious web/mobile/AI-powered applications using technologies like React, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar. Having experience in ML or IoT integration is considered a bonus. Key Responsibilities: - Possess deep engineering skills in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, scalable architecture, debugging, and smart system design. - Skilled in handling RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP. - Ability to hack prototypes either with code or in AI playgrounds. - Display startup mindset by making fast, high-impact decisions, adapting to ambiguity, and continuous learning. - Effective communication skills to translate technical jargon into plain English for various audiences. - Curiosity for the built world, showing interest in understanding how bridges, buildings, or machines function.
