Tech Lead - React Native

As a Tech Lead at Siam Computing, located in Chennai / Hybrid, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of React Native developers. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and driving the adoption of best practices within the team. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality through automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment practices. In addition, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure high availability and reliability of mobile applications. Your expertise will be utilized in architecting and implementing complex features and solutions for both new and existing mobile applications using React Native. It will be imperative to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the solutions you develop. With at least 8 years of professional experience in mobile development, including 3+ years as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer, you will define and drive the technical roadmap and architecture for mobile application development. This includes setting coding standards and guidelines for the team to follow. Your proficiency in mobile app deployment processes on both iOS and Android platforms will be key in overseeing the development and deployment of mobile applications. This involves managing the release cycle and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. Your extensive experience with React Native and its ecosystems, along with a strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, will be instrumental in your success in this role. Furthermore, your familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and experience with key technologies such as Redux, Axios, Context API, or MobX will be highly beneficial. As a Tech Lead, you will be expected to conduct regular technical discussions, lead architectural design sessions, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Key Skills required for this role include React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, IOS Swift/Objective-C, Android (Kotlin/Java), RESTful and GraphQL API, Redux, Axios, Context API, or MobX.
