As a Tech Lead at Siam Computing, located in Chennai / Hybrid, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of React Native developers. Your proficiency in mobile app deployment processes on both iOS and Android platforms will be key in overseeing the development and deployment of mobile applications. This involves managing the release cycle and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. Your extensive experience with React Native and its ecosystems, along with a strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, will be instrumental in your success in this role. Furthermore, your familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and experience with key technologies such as Redux, Axios, Context API, or MobX will be highly beneficial. As a Tech Lead, you will be expected to conduct regular technical discussions, lead architectural design sessions, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
