Tech Lead Python Microservices

As a Tech Lead specializing in Python Microservices, your role will involve extensive hands-on experience in backend engineering, architecture design, and leading development teams. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery while mentoring developers and ensuring the implementation of best-in-class engineering practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead backend teams, conduct code reviews, and manage project delivery and timelines - Design REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems - Implement backend security measures including authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT) - Utilize SSE, WebSockets, and real-time event-driven architecture - Work with AI integration frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar tools - Utilize databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL systems - Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) - Facilitate technical discussions, define architecture blueprints, and collaborate across teams - Design scalable systems, optimize performance, and deploy high-availability solutions **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of professional experience in Python backend development, with at least 3 years in a technical/team leadership role - Strong expertise in backend architecture design and leading development teams - Proficiency in REST API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems - Deep understanding of backend security, authentication, and authorization protocols - Experience with AI integration frameworks and database systems - Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and tracing tools - Ability to drive technical discussions, define architecture blueprints, and collaborate across teams - Experience in scalable system design, performance optimization, and high-availability deployments As a hands-on leader, you will be expected to own the end-to-end technical delivery of backend and microservice-based systems.
