Position: Tech Lead/Associate Manager - Power Platform

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead / Associate Manager with a strong background in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, manage teams, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery on the Power Platform.
  Manage and mentor teams to ensure high-quality project execution and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage delivery expectations.
• Develop and optimize

  Power Apps, Power Automate

  workflows, and Power BI dashboards,

  Sharepoint.

• Utilize SQL, DAX, and M for performance tuning and handling large datasets. Drive enterprise implementations and cross-system integrations.
• Ensure best practices in communication, risk management, and project prioritization within an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience building

  Canvas Apps

  in Power Apps.
• Experience with

  Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

  for RPA to automate desktop.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience delivering projects on the Power Platform. Proven stakeholder leadership and team management experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), SharePoint, Canvas Apps and

  Dataverse.

• Strong understanding of SQL, DAX, and M language.
• Experience in enterprise-level implementations and system integrations.

Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.

Good to Have Skills:

• Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
• Exposure to the Retail domain.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.
