Tech Lead -Informatica Power Center Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter. - Experience in ETL tool migration projects - Manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and data architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues. - Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, workflows, and system architecture. - Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). - Proficiency in SQL and experience with performance tuning of SQL queries. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with DataStage. - Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS) or other cloud-based ETL tools. - Knowledge of data modeling and data governance best practices. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
