As a Technical Lead, your role involves providing technical leadership and architecture for the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software systems. You will drive technical discussions, evaluate architectural approaches, and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering. It is crucial to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will also include managing and mentoring a team of 6-8 software developers. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and offering constructive feedback to enhance team members' skills. Collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications is essential. In addition, you will actively contribute to the codebase by writing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in backend technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React. Debugging complex issues, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and providing constructive feedback on code reviews are part of your hands-on development responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud, backend, and frontend technologies. - Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer leading and mentoring a team. - Expert-level proficiency in at least one major backend technology (Java, Python, Node.js) and one major frontend framework (Angular, React). - Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, containerization technologies, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
