Job Description

Job purpose: Design & implement the best-engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools. Who You Are: 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (React + Node). Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in production environments. E Strong experience with React Native and Expo for cross-platform mobile/web development. Familiarity with monorepo tools (Turbo, Yarn/Bun workspaces) and modular codebases. Strong experience in State Management (Redux or Zustand or Context) Experience with backend development (Node.js, Express, or similar). Understanding of cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and API integration best practices. Knowledge of automated testing and code quality tools (Jest, Biome, etc.). Experience with Tamagui or similar UI library and Storybook to create reusable components and seamless user experiences. What will excite us: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A curious and exploratory mindset, with the ability to quickly prototype and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) based on client requirements, along with clear and structured documentation. Fintech Domain Experience preferable. CI/CD proficiency using GitHub Actions, bitbucket pipeline or Jenkins. ORM database access and modeling (like drizzle). Basic familiarity with AWS Cloud Services. What will excite you: Opportunity to work on large scale enterprise solution building.
