Tech Lead (Full Stack - React)

You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience with application development covering the entire SDLC. You possess expert level knowledge of MERN Application building and Restful services using express or Loopback. The required technologies include React, NodeJS, Mongo DB, Express, Loopback, and Webpack. Additionally, you have experience in building Android and iOS applications. Experience in deploying applications in an AWS environment is considered a plus. You also have experience in utilizing agile/scrum software development tools, techniques, and methodologies. Working with business partners to gather requirements, understand, and document is part of your expertise. You have effective influencing skills and the ability to work with a diverse team of technologists. You can organize and manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. Leading and mentoring team members from problem-solving to the development of best practices is one of your strengths. You are adept at troubleshooting any issues that may arise in any of the environments.
