Tech Lead Full Stack (Java + React)

As a Tech Lead Full Stack (Java + React), your role involves leading and managing technical projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality delivery. You should have a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile/Scrum methodologies. Applying design principles and architectural design patterns effectively in solution design and implementation is crucial. Engage in daily stand-ups, work item updates, and coordination with developers. Communication with clients, team members, and management is key. Overseeing code quality review, monitoring performance, and addressing issues proactively are part of your responsibilities. Regular project updates should be delivered to stakeholders. Your technical expertise should include at least 6+ years of hands-on development experience as a full-stack developer using Java (>8), Spring Boot, and React. Strong experience in RDBMS (MS SQL preferred, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) is required. Hands-on experience with caching tools like Redis or HazelCast, messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ, and deep knowledge of microservices architecture is essential. Experience with either AWS or Azure cloud platforms is necessary. Strong coding and code review capabilities, along with mentorship of developers, are expected.
