Tech Lead (Full Stack Java + React)

As an Associate Java Lead at our company in Noida 58, your role will involve leading technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business and technical goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. - Assist in high-level system design and architectural decisions to align with business goals and technical requirements. - Work closely with development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and technical specifications. - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. - Ensure that project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. - Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and management. Technical Expertise Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer in Java > 8, Spring Boot, React. - Proficiency in working with RDBMS (MS SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g MongoDB), Cache (e.g. Redis, HazelCast). - Experience with message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ. - In-depth knowledge of Microservice architecture and best practices. - Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services. - Ability to perform code, code reviews and provide technical mentorship to the development team. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at our Noida 58 location.
