Tech Lead (Full Stack Java + React)

As an Associate Java Lead at our company located in Noida 58, you will play a crucial role in leading technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business and technical goals. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in full-stack development and technical project management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. You will assist in high-level system design and architectural decisions to align with business goals and technical requirements. Working closely with development teams, you will ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and technical specifications. Additionally, you will facilitate Agile practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Effective coordination and communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, will be essential in your role. You will monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Ensuring that project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and management is crucial for transparency and alignment. The technical expertise required for this role includes a minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer in Java (version 8 or above), Spring Boot, and React. Proficiency in working with RDBMS (MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), and Cache (e.g., Redis, HazelCast) is necessary. Experience with message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, in-depth knowledge of Microservice architecture and best practices, and hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services are also required. Furthermore, you should have the ability to perform code reviews, provide technical mentorship to the development team, and contribute effectively to the coding process. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires on-site work at the Noida 58 location.
