Tech Lead - Full Stack Engineer MERN

As a Tech Lead with Full-Stack MERN experience at our fast-growing, tech-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in taking ownership of website development, admin panel enhancements, and mobile app integration. Additionally, you will define and enforce coding standards, DevOps workflows, security protocols, and database optimizations while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Monitoring system performance, debugging issues proactively, and collaborating with stakeholders such as product managers, designers, and leadership teams will be essential aspects of your role. Your 8+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in the MERN stack, proficiency in mobile integrations, strong database management skills, and expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms will be key to your success in this position.
