Tech Lead - Email Marketing

What will you do

• Ensure timely delivery of Email projects with high quality.
• Analyze project requests and advise on marketing initiatives.
• Work with Project/Account Management teams to exceed quality benchmarks.
• Onboard new services and conduct training workshops.
• Manage end-to-end project management, liaising between PM/AM layer and execution team.
• Ensure seamless service delivery and meet key metrics consistently.
• Manage delivery of 1:1 and 1 to many Emails, Fragments, Modules, Responsive Templates.
• Establish strong client relationships, manage change requests, and track team activities.
• Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards.
• Monitor project baseline and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Identify productivity improvements and guide team in technical and domain aspects.
• Publish status reports and identify gaps with action plans.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Generate and execute onboarding, training, and skill-building plan for new team members.

What will you need

• 6 years of minimum working experience on any Marketing Automation Platform(SFMC/Eloqua/Marketo/Adobe Campaign)
• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring workload distribution and timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and align on priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills, platform knowledge, and adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, project management) to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and maintain updated documentation for team reference.
• Ensure team compliance with organizational processes, security protocols, and quality standards.
