Key Responsibilities

. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Flutter, Android, iOS, and .NET developers.

. Oversee the entire mobile application lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.

. Define and manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource planning.

. Collaborate closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and product teams.

. Coordinate with server/backend engineers for API integration and cloud deployments.

. Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce clean architecture practices.

. Handle CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployments to the Play Store and App Store.

. Maintain documentation and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.

. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications with optimized performance and scalability.

. Develop web or desktop applications using .NET technologies.

. Familiarity with server-side concepts, cloud functions, and database management (SQL).

. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools, and automated build/release systems.

. Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile

. Proven experience in leading cross-functional development teams.

. Strong background in mobile application development using Flutter, Android, and iOS platforms.

. Expertise in .NET technologies and backend development.

. Familiarity with capital markets or trading platforms is highly preferred.

. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
