Responsibilities: As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for coding complex scenarios while ensuring that the deliverables meet the defined standards of clean coding practices and adhere to Green IT principles. You will lead the team to ensure successful project execution and effectively manage stakeholder interactions. Your role will also involve grooming, guiding, and mentoring the team to maintain team dynamics. It is essential to create reusable code/APIs, identify bottlenecks, bugs, and provide solutions to mitigate issues. Moreover, you will be expected to evaluate and suggest alternative tools by exploring new technologies. Designing APIs, user interactions in web applications, and collaborating with Architects to validate the design will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, developing complex user interfaces for web applications and ensuring compliance with organization-level guidelines for development will be crucial. Demonstrating team spirit, collaboration, and effective communication will also be key aspects of your role. Profile Required: Primary Skills: - 8-10 years of experience in full-stack development with Angular 4+ and .NET WebApi - Clear understanding of the Software Development life cycle and process orientation - Strong fundamentals in Core Programming and Object-Oriented Design - Strong .Net WebApi fundamentals - Experience in Angular 4+ with TypeScript - Experience in ASP.NET Core WebApi - Proficiency in C# - Familiarity with SQL Server/Oracle - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD - Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Responsive design - Experience in Agile processes - Proficient in technical problem-solving and debugging skills - Experience in writing unit tests for front-end applications (Angular) Secondary Skills: - Experience in high-level and low-level design using UML & Design Patterns - Knowledge in leasing domain is an advantage - Strong understanding of software development focusing on delivering a software product with high code quality - Experience in creating, enhancing, and executing unit tests with xUnit - Experience in .NET 6+ is an added advantage - Experience in BDD (Specflow) is an added advantage - Understanding of Microservice architecture Why Join Us: At Socit Gnrale, we believe that people are the drivers of change and that the world of tomorrow will be shaped by all their initiatives, from the smallest to the most ambitious.
