Tech Lead- Dot Net

By working closely with our business partners, you will contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous inspiration through technological innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead multiple development teams concurrently - Develop applications hands-on using .NET source code (C#), Microsoft SQL Server for databases, and integrate solutions with various enterprise software platforms - Conduct requirement gathering sessions with client teams - Ensure successful employment of quality control processes - Collaborate with the DevOps team to manage environments and release high-quality solutions - Estimate project timelines and resource requirements - Communicate progress, timelines, and deliverables to client stakeholders - Write System Requirement Specifications (SRS) documents - Supervise onshore and offshore teams - Coordinate with project managers and developer teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of solutions **Qualifications:** - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software design, development, database design, system integration - Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as .NET/ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server, Windows Server - Familiarity with web technologies like JSON, XML, RESTful and SOAP-based web services, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery - Experience in developing software using formal and structured methodologies - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Experience with test-driven development and unit testing - Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and Design (OOP/OOD) - Capability to develop secure solutions and adhere to information security best practices - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field; MCPD, MCSD, and/or MCST certifications are a plus Please note that proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET (minimum Framework 4.5) and MVC (minimum 3 years of experience), is required for this role.,
