Tech Lead - Dot Net and IDP

As a .NET Technical Lead at Milestone Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of developers, making architecture decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer and business requirements. Key Responsibilities You will lead the design and development of web applications using .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Your role will involve architecting and implementing Identity Provider (IDP) integrations such as Azure AD, Auth0, or Okta, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and OAuth/OpenID Connect flows. Collaborating with solution architects and business analysts, you will translate requirements into scalable technical designs. You will guide the development team on best practices in clean code, unit testing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and secure coding practices. Performing code reviews, providing technical mentoring, and troubleshooting complex issues will be part of your responsibilities. You will manage sprint planning, estimation, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Support application deployments and resolve post-deployment issues efficiently. Staying up to date with emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem and Identity & Access Management is essential for this role. Key Skills You should have a strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8, ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Hands-on experience with IDP integrations (Azure AD B2C, Okta, Auth0, or similar), including configuring applications, managing user flows, and troubleshooting SSO issues is required. Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols. Experience with RESTful API development, SQL Server, and Entity Framework. Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is considered an advantage. Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services and DevOps practices is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are crucial for this role.
