Tech Lead - Defenders

Role Overview: Iamneo, a part of the NIIT group, is seeking a Tech Lead to join their Defenders Team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining their advanced EdTech platforms. The role requires expertise in Node.js, Angular, and cloud platforms, along with leadership skills to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and maintenance of applications using Node.js and Angular. - Design and implement scalable system enhancements. - Write clean code, guide team members, and optimize deployments on the Cloud. - Develop CI/CD pipelines, implement Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. - Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and mentor developers for collaboration and innovation. - Work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with Node.js and Angular. - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. - Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering high-quality software solutions. - Expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development. - Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and effective communication skills. - Bonus points for experience in leading maintenance-focused teams or EdTech/SaaS environments, familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Git, or Jenkins.
