The Tech Lead also sets quality standards through CDK testing, enforces governance and guardrails, designs multitenant identity solutions using Amazon Cognito, and provides technical oversight for React + TypeScript frontend development. Strong emphasis is placed on IAM leastprivilege models, observability using CloudWatch, operational readiness, and production support.
