Tech Lead

You are an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead (SAP Hybris) with a strong background in eCommerce mobile application development and extensive experience with SAP Hybris. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, oversee the technical aspects of projects, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality eCommerce solutions. You will lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Hybris-based eCommerce solutions. Your responsibilities include overseeing the technical architecture, code quality, and performance of the eCommerce platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA, is essential to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. As a Tech Lead, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides, is crucial. You will also ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the eCommerce platform. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies is important to drive innovation and improvement within the team. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations is a key aspect of your role. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members will help maintain code quality. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. You must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on SAP Hybris. Proven experience in eCommerce mobile application development is required, along with a strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and best practices. Expertise in Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies is essential. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design is also necessary. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are important for this role. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is required. Previous leadership or team management experience is highly preferred. Certification in SAP Hybris or related technologies, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, understanding of microservices architecture and API development, as well as experience with performance tuning and optimization are preferred skills for this position.,
