You will shape client strategy, work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, and gather requirements to analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges- Develop strategies to improve team performance- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles- Experience in implementing access control policies- Knowledge of identity governance and administration- Hands-on experience with SAP security configurations Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
