Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs. Design and develop SAP Successfactors integrations to meet client requirements. Implement and configure SAP Successfactors integration solutions. Perform unit testing and support system integration testing. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite. Strong understanding of SAP Successfactors integration architecture and best practices. Experience in designing and implementing complex SAP Successfactors integration scenarios. Knowledge of SAP Successfactors APIs and web services. Hands-on experience with SAP Successfactors integration tools and technologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. This position is based at our Kolkata office.
