Tech Data Lead

You should have at least 8 years of experience in data engineering, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Your primary responsibilities will include expertise in ETL/ELT processes and utilizing ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica. Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or similar platforms (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery) is essential. Strong SQL skills are required, along with experience in database tuning, data modeling, and schema design. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Java for data processing is a plus. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of data governance and compliance standards. Excellent communication and project management skills are crucial, as you will be expected to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is based in Gurgaon, with the possibility of working from the office 3-4 days a week. Meals and transport will be provided. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or an equivalent field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.,
