We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Engagement Channel Team Leader to manage and optimize customer interaction channels (such as email, chat, social media, and voice). This role involves leading a team to ensure timely, personalized, and effective engagement that drives customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team responsible for managing customer engagement across multiple digital and traditional channels. Monitor daily team performance and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. Develop and implement channel-specific strategies to improve customer experience. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align engagement activities with business goals. Train, coach, and mentor team members on best practices, tools, and customer-centric communication.
