Tech Consulting - Oracle - EPM Planning EPBCS - Functional

You will be joining a dynamic team as an Oracle EPM (EPBCS & Narrative Reporting) Senior Consultant at EY. Your role will involve managing internal KPIs, conducting workshops with customers, translating business needs into system designs, and providing end-to-end process solutions within Oracle EPM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and support internal KPIs. - Conduct workshops and analysis sessions with customers to gather functional requirements. - Translate business needs into robust system and process designs using Oracle Cloud solutions. - Design end-to-end process solutions within Oracle EPM, focusing on EPBCS modules and Narrative Reporting. - Prepare and manage project documentation adhering to OUM or Agile methodologies. - Configure and manage Oracle EPM modules, specifically EPBCS and Narrative Reporting. - Deliver comprehensive end-user training and prepare appropriate training materials. - Participate in project review sessions and provide insights for ongoing process improvement. - Provide ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting. - Monitor and report internal KPIs driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in client-facing delivery roles. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications with a focus on EPBCS and Narrative Reporting. - Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM. - Successfully completed at least two end-to-end EPM Cloud implementations. - Proficiency with EPM Automate and managing automations and integrations. - Competencies in configuring EPBCS modules, understanding Narrative Reporting, and integrating AI/ML tools within Oracle EPM Cloud. - Strong customer handling skills and excellent communication abilities. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Structured approach to release management and project documentation. - Agile in learning and adopting new features of Oracle's EPM updates.
