Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Career Counsellor, located in Delhi, India. The Tech Career Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and advising individuals on career paths in technology. Daily tasks include conducting career assessments, providing advice on educational and training opportunities, and supporting individuals in developing career plans. Additional responsibilities include conducting workshops, staying updated on industry trends, and networking with industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the technology industry and career paths
• Experience in career counseling, mentoring, or coaching
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to conduct career assessments and develop personalized career plans
• Knowledge of educational and training resources in the tech industry
• Proficiency in conducting workshops and group sessions
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with industry professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, mentoring.
• Experience in technology or related fields is a plus
