As an experienced candidate with 2-4 years of experience in TeamSite, your role will involve: - Hands-on experience with OpenText TeamSite, LiveSite and OpenDeploy Development and Administration - Familiarity with TeamSite SitePublisher pages, components, templates, TeamSite Externals, controllers, TeamSite Form API, and Forms publisher API - Proficiency in using Workflow Modeller for creating workflows - Knowledge of J2EE technologies such as Servlets, JSP, JNDI, EJB, XML, and Webservices In addition to technical competencies, you are expected to demonstrate the following behavioral competencies: - Strong Communication Skills - Effective Interpersonal Skills - Logical Reasoning ability - Numerical Ability - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and implementing enterprise content management solutions based on TeamSite - Analyzing customer requirements and creating implementation concepts - Independently developing and implementing innovative ideas - Supporting the transfer of TeamSite into the development and operating environment of the architecture and staging - Collaborating with team members and customers to develop and implement concepts within agreed timelines - Upholding organizational values at all times - Continuously enhancing technical skills to support individual and organizational development,
