You have 6-8 years of experience in handling OpenText TeamSite, LiveSite, and OpenDeploy Development and Administration. Your technical competencies include expertise in DCT, DCR, Workflows, Workflow Modeller, Components, TeamSite SitePublisher pages, components, templates, TeamSite Externals, controllers, TeamSite Form API, Forms Publisher API, and Workflow Modeller for creating workflows. Additionally, you should be proficient in J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP, JNDI, EJB, XML, and Webservices. Your behavioral competencies should encompass strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, numerical ability, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing enterprise content management solutions using TeamSite. This includes analyzing customer requirements, creating implementation concepts, independently developing innovative ideas, and supporting the transition of TeamSite into the development and operating environment. You will need to coordinate and collaborate with team members within the organization and customer site to develop and implement concepts within agreed timelines. Furthermore, you are expected to uphold organizational values, enhance your technical skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities by leading a team of professionals, including Developers and Senior Developers. You will work closely with the team to deliver projects on time, develop team members" skill sets, and serve as the first point of escalation for customers.,
