Teamcenter / Windchill Lead

As a PLM Specialist, your role will involve supporting engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams by administering, configuring, and optimizing PLM environments to enhance product lifecycle processes and data integrity. You will be working with both Teamcenter and Windchill platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading technical aspects with over 10 years of experience in PLM domain - Involvement in multiple Teamcenter implementation/upgrade/migration projects - Designing and understanding manufacturing processes in various industries - Expertise in requirement gathering, solution approach, and designing for Teamcenter projects - Planning migration strategy for PLM-to-PLM data and legacy CAD/documents to PLM - Teamcenter server sizing, high availability, and DR configuration - Understanding clients" core business and practices in product development - Proficiency in Teamcenter PLM solutioning, simulation integration, data migration, scripting, customization, and configuration - Knowledge of Teamcenter modules and products like T4x, simulation integration, BOM management, MCAD integration, project management, etc. In addition to the technical skills, you should possess the following competencies: - Open-minded, honest, and a team player - Passion for software excellence and new technologies - Proficient in working cooperatively with team members - Strong experience in Agile practices - Professional approach to work with a sense of responsibility and ownership - Good communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in English - Ability to propose changes for software efficiency and cost reduction - Understanding complex issues, identifying opportunities, and risks For Windchill PLM, you should have: - 9+ years of experience in Windchill PLM - Expertise in Windchill customizations and configuration - Skilled in Windchill CAD publication and ATB conversion framework & solutions - Experience in Restful and MQ integration services - Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML - Knowledge of ORACLE, GIT, Jira, Maven, DevSecOps - Experience with test automation and manual testing - Working in Linux setup - Taking ownership for PTC support/ticket follow Desired additional details of the company are not available in the provided job description.
