Teamcenter PLM

You will be working as a Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) professional with our client, a company that focuses on innovation while maintaining a friendly culture and ethical reputation. Your role will involve guiding customers through digital challenges by leveraging data and applications to drive business and societal outcomes. As a Teamcenter PLM specialist, you will need to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in this field. The job is based in various locations across India and follows a hybrid work mode. This position is on a contract-to-hire basis, and the client is looking for immediate joiners with a strong skill set. Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks such as understanding the use of Siemens Teamcenter PLM tools in product design and manufacturing, managing Bill of Material Change Management, Access Management, Utilities, and Templates. You will also be involved in installation, configuration, deployments, and generating reports. A deep understanding of Teamcenter Architecture, as well as experience in client-server development, is essential for this role. In addition to technical tasks, you will provide support for specific products and technology components, resolve issues with third parties, manage customer accounts, and build and maintain customer relationships. Your role will also involve educating customers and team members about organizational products and programs. To excel in this position, you must be proficient in SLA governance, provide user support in a diverse global environment, collaborate with customers to understand their needs, coordinate support activities, and identify solutions for complex issues. You will also be responsible for providing metrics for the support team, ensuring data integrity, and resolving any inconsistencies that may arise.
