As the HR Head at Hundo, a digital-first food delivery and takeaway pizza brand, your role will involve leading and shaping the full HR function across all verticals, including central kitchen teams, delivery outlets, and office staff. Your contribution will be crucial in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and fostering a positive culture that aligns with the business goals of Hundo. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Strategic HR Leadership: - Developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the business goals. - Providing strategic advice to the leadership team on organizational structure, people management, and HR best practices. 2.
