As the Senior Executive managing Finance, HR, and Administrative operations, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational infrastructure of our social impact consulting firm. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning while also supporting strategic initiatives. Working closely with the CFO and HR Consultant, you will be tasked with maintaining financial compliance, implementing HR systems, and overseeing administrative processes. In the realm of Finance Management, you will handle TDS calculations, filings, and compliance requirements, oversee GST compliance, collaborate with external CA for audits, tax planning, and reporting, prepare financial statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance, among other duties.
