Job Description We are seeking a driven and passionate Automotive Aftermarket Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our network of service centers and auto part retailers, and driving sales of our radiator coolant and related product lines across Tamil Nadu and beyond. Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong B2B relationships with automotive workshops, retailers, and distributors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and follow-ups. Educate potential clients about our product benefits, technical specifications, and pricing. Gather market insights and competitor data to support product and marketing strategy. Provide regular reports and feedback to management. Skills & Competencies Sales & Channel Development – Experience building dealer/service center networks. Automotive Product Knowledge – Understanding of radiator cooling systems and vehicle maintenance. B2B Field Sales Experience – Proven track record in lubricants, additives, or auto parts sector. Communication & Pitching – Ability to explain product technical details in simple terms. Tech Awareness – Comfortable using sales CRM tools or apps like Vyapar for tracking. Customer Education – Ability to train mechanics/workshop teams on proper coolant usage and dilution (especially powder-to-liquid mixing instructions). Problem Solving – Field feedback collection and solution-focused approach. Logistics & Distribution Understanding – Basic awareness of product stocking, transit, and cash flow management. Job Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at Motor-X India Mobility Pvt. Ltd., a fast-scaling automotive solutions company incubated at Anna University. The role is based in Chennai and focuses on expanding our distribution network for radiator coolants and lubricants across the region. This is a field sales position – you will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and automobile workshops in Chennai. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical/quality benefits. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales support. Monitor competitor activity and report market insights to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of sales experience in automotive spare parts/lubricants preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome. Two-wheeler & valid driving license (mandatory). Communication: Tamil (required), Basic English (preferred).
